On the walls I used Honed Limestone Silk Georgette in 12"x 24", custom granite conter top and a drop in porclean sink. The walls will be painted with Liquapearl and the floor is 18"x18" ceramic tile with has the appearance of stained and finished concrete floor.

I was hired in January 2009 to Design Dr. Eli Hammer's new office condo for his practice Hammer Institute which will be located at 4611 E. Shea Blvd, Phoenix Arizona. Architect Matt Budge AIA did all the architectural plans and construction documents.

I designed a new color palatte while keeping the patients health and the environment in mind, chocolate browns,beige's and blues. All the material I selected were earth friendly:

Tandus Carpet which is made of 22-37% recycled product, has low VOC's and is recyclable.

The Paints throughout the suite are from MDC called Microtex and liqua pearl both are low VOC and LEED compliant.

The armstrong flooring in the Lab, exam and lounge are also LEED compliants and recyclable.

Arcadia Living and Dining Room in Scottsdale Arizona

For my client I took an empty space and made it beautiful. Using only the most elegant materials. The Dining Room Table and Chairs are made by Fremarc available thru Kravet Showroom here in Scottsdale, Arizona. I had used a beautiful brow leather for the seats and a Barbara Barry Fabric for the seat backs. I used nickel nail heads for added decoration. My client has a wonderful art collection that needed a neutral yet textural background so I used a woven wall covering by Maya Romanoff called Cozumel

For The seating area I used 2 Kravet loveseats with A Lee Jofa velvet on the outside and a Groundworks Fabric on the inside and seat cushion.For addition gueat seating I used 2 Kravet ottomans covered in Lone Rock Cafe Leather with nickel plated nailheads. Under the window I placed a Lee Jofa Bench called The Catherine Bench covered in a beautifully textural fabric by Groundworks. Donghia did the silver leafed cocktail table with ebony finish. The custom carpet of wool with silk is by Kravet.

Phoenix Kitchen Renovation

I really had fun renovating my Clients Kitchen. We Started by removing the Island which was very small and replaced it with a custom built Island which was almost 4 feet longer and 1 foot wider. I moved the seating to the end, added bookshelves and storage on both sides. The old countertops were all removed as was the back splash,they were replaced with granite and chisled mexican noche. I had all the cabinets repainted and glazed, added crown molding ,under cabinet lighting and all new hardware. To finish it all off we repainted the Kitchen

Master Bath Remodel Before and After
I took the wall down inbetween the sink cabinets and toilet and made it, into a pony wall. I designed a custom cabinet built like a piece of furniture using alder wood. The top is marble Giallo Antico with an ogee edge detail. The floor and Shower Stall is is 18"18" Crema Marfil with Deco pieces in the Gaiallo Antico.
